Isn’t Photoshop incredible? Jennie is our resident Photoshop expert, but I’m slowly learning all the amazing things you can do in there! One thing I’m currently obsessed with it making something appear from nothing…like this mockup here from our Neutral Green Wedding Mockup Bundle. We will be releasing it soon, but in the meantime check out our Blush Wedding Bundle here!

In the original image, the place setting is styled without any cards in it. Here it is!

In this You Tube tutorial video, I show you how I quickly and easily created a realistic looking menu on the plate with just a few simple steps. In a nutshell, this is how I did it:

  • Draw a rectangle on the plate in the shape of the menu.

  • Place the menu artwork on the rectangle.

  • Change the color of the menu to appear more realistic on the plate.

  • Add the drop shadow to the menu.

You’ll see these steps in detail in the video, and then you can apply these steps in other mockups that might need something added to it. To see a video that shows how to mock up stationery designs on a styled flat lay in Photoshop, click here to read the blog post.
